Chocolate Balsamic Mousse

Prepare yourself for a decadent dessert.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream until soft peaks start to appear in the cream.

Whip eggs whites until soft peaks appear, then slowly add in the powdered sugar, mixing between additions.  Whip until thick.

Add the now room-temperature melted chocolate to the eggs, stirring thoroughly and gently.  Add in the whipped cream.  Stir gently.

Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
