Grilled Potato Salad
1lb red potatoes halved
4 Tbsp of Flavor Pourfection’s extra virgin olive oil
Ground black pepper to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp of Flavor Pourfection’s pinot noir red wine vinegar
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 tbsp of dijon mustard
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pitted black olives, halved
Preheat grill 300-350°F
Coat potatoes with 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and season with pepper.
Place potatoes on grill for 15 minutes turning every 3-5 minutes.
In bowl whisk lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, mustard and remaining olive oil.
Add potatoes, tomatoes, olives and toss.
