Strawberry Tossed Salad

1/2 cup of premium extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup of pinot noir red wine vinegar or traditional balsamic vinegar
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon of paprika and salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
6 cups of mixed greens
2 1/2 cups of sliced strawberries
1 cup of shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped peacans

Mix first 7 ingredients in jar with lid; shake well to make dressing. Toss remaining ingredients with dressing.
Serves 6-8
